Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong background in SAP. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing orders, and resolving inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming customer phone calls, addressing inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize SAP for order entry, order management, and related transactions.
  • Process customer email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues, manage returns (RGAs), and coordinate product deliveries.
  • Generate SAP reports to support different aspects of the role and assigned tasks, including monitoring area KPIs.
  • Perform data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain area key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
  • Adhere to Schaeffler processes and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office technology and computer applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations.
