Gpac, a 30 years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Wealth Management sector Our client, a locally owned and operated bank, is seeking an experienced Wealth Planner to join their team

• Working with a variety of clients with complex financial needs

Responsibilities:

• Articulate the value of financial plans and financial planning effectively

• Sell financial plans and oversee the process of collecting payment

• Conduct purposeful and inspiring planning meetings with clients

• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the planning process

• Collaborate professionally with client’s advisors and our virtual family office partners

• Create thorough Financial Plans using the team’s financial planning software (RightCapital or MoneyGuide Pro), as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Condense all recommendations from the financial plans into concise action plans for the client and the Wealth Manager.

• Review completed plans with the Wealth Manager and Wealth Advisor before client presentations.

• Share ideas for improving planning templates, processes, and resources for consideration

• Use CRM and client folders judiciously to document recommendations, decisions, and future actions.

• Contribute to client acquisition by identifying opportunities for introductions and providing introductions to the Wealth Advisor, Retirement Plan Advisor, or Business Advisor.

• Participate in occasional client events.

• Participate in identifying, qualifying, and evaluating current and potential virtual family office partners.

• Participate in and assist the Business and Family Office Advisor in planning and leading productive Family Office meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and completion of CFP® coursework and current ability to use designation

• Series 7 & 66 (or 63 and 65) (not required)

• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (not required)

• Two years of client-facing financial planning experience

• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships

• Proficient in all aspects of financial planning

• Passionate about holistic financial planning and client service with a commitment to personal growth and adaptability

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening); adept at expressing complex ideas simply

• Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and deliver professional recommendations, even in challenging situations

• Diligent in using CRM to document conversations and actions

• Highly proficient in RightCapital and MoneyGuide Pro or quick to become proficient

• Extensive experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Collaborative team player, capable of working well with employees at all levels
