Repair Team Lead Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Repair Team Lead to ensure excellent craftsmanship at our manufacturing facility in Ontario, California. Warehouse, Manufacturing, Painting and Construction positions pay Weekly. Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour Overtime: $33.00 per hour Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am We want the right Manufacturing Employee to join us at Ryder and work with State of the Art Equipment in the Safest Warehouse Environment. Responsibilities Pallet Repair Safely and securely repair pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards Manually lift 70 lb pallets from a stack to a repair table Operate a pry bar to detach damaged boards from the pallets Operate a grinder and a saw to remove existing nails and use a 25 lb nail gun to nail together the components Quality Pallet must meet and pass CHEP's quality control audit Safety and Security Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards Must wear all safety equipment while repairing pallets Performs duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract Performs other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
