Senior Financial Analyst, TJMaxx & Marshalls

If so, then the Senior Financial Analyst role on our BP&A team is the place for you to learn from industry leaders and grow your career.
Responsibilities include:Actively drive annual and long range budgeting processesIndependently analyze and report financial performance against planBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models to support corporate decision makingCoordinate with Operational teams on key business drivers of the business and to identify risks and opportunities for the businessRegular Presentation to Senior Executives on Forecast and other key operational strategies
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related field3-5 years of corporate finance within an FP&A function, consulting or investment banking experienceStrong communication/interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesStrong analytical capabilities and excel modeling skillsExperience presenting to senior management
