About the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire
Ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tax Law. Experience with partnership tax, operating agreements and mergers & acquisition preferred.
Candidate should possess excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills.
Annual Salary: Mid $100,000+

- 3+ years of experience Tax Law experience in a law firm setting.
