Settlement Administrator

position available in our New Homes Division This position is a

hybrid

(remote and in-office) position, reporting to the Broadlands Headquarters and Van Metre sites as necessary. The

Settlement Administrator

is responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of each home settlement and coordinating with the sales team, lender, title company, and accounting team to ensure all parties have the necessary documentation and information for settlement. Essential Functions: Manage essential customer documents in Microsoft SharePoint and customer web portal including sales agreements, lot surveys, and occupancy permits. Ensure documents are named and filed properly. Distribute files to customer, lender, title company, and realtor as needed. Maintain settlement related data in sales management software, including projected settlement date, deposit information, and customer status. Review documents against system data to ensure all records are accurate and consistent. Prepare critical settlement documents accurately and in a timely manner, including settlement letter, warranty, and soil forms. Review and prepare forms required by lender and title company accurately and in a timely manner, circulate for signature as needed. Provide lender and title company with project information and project documents as needed. Coordinate with accounting team, Title Company, and Lender to ensure all parties are prepared for closing. Attend regular backlog meetings. Track key dates for backlog and coordinate with sales team to ensure settlements are scheduled on time and in accordance with company protocol.
