Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups. Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc. Performs a variety of financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives. Responsible for retaining and strengthening customer relationships which may include face to face customer service. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation.
