As an advocate of sustainable designs, we have proven experience in the design of sustainable buildings that have the ability to achieve LEED and Energy Star ratings. We provide energy modeling and building commissioning to ensure that everything we design, construct and operate is energy efficient.

We understand that building systems must be designed to function as a part of an integrated environment in order to operate efficiently and cost effectively. As a multidisciplinary engineering firm, we have achieved this through the careful coordination of our departments. This approach allows us to evaluate the entirety of each project, from the early stages of planning and design through to completion. The end result is a facility that is designed to last longer, cost less and operate more efficiently, all while meet the owner's unique objectives.

Each of our departments is made up of skilled and experienced engineers and technicians that work closely together to produce the highest standard of development and design system strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience
  • Proficient in REVIT - Major +
  • Proficient in AutoCAD - Major +
  • EIT (Engineer in Training) is preferred
  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • MEP Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong ability to prioritize while utilizing time management skills in meeting deadlines
  • Strong Work Ethic with an Affinity for Rapid Learning
