Overnight Sanitation Workers_

Our client, food manufacturer located in the Bronx, is seeking Sanitation Workers to join their team. As an Overnight Sanitation Worker, you will handle the cleaning and sanitizing of food processing equipment and areas within the manufacturing facility. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. **Job Title: Overnight Sanitation Worker** **Location: The Bronx** **Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.70 per hour** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11pm - 7:30am** **What’s the Job?** + Cleaning and sanitizing of food processing equipment, utensils, and areas within the facility to eliminate bacteria and reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses. + Inspect machinery, plant floor areas, outside areas, composting areas and utensils used in sanitation make sure that they are in good repair. + Ensure the cleaning and sanitizing of all jobs according to master cleaning schedules. + Monitor those jobs are done and keep sanitation master cleaning schedule up to date. + Coordinate with maintenance any job required to keep the deep cleaning schedules up to date. + Follow proper GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) while performing sanitation work. **What’s Needed?** + **2+ years of sanitation experience in manufacturing** + Knowledge of Safety, HACCP, GMP’s, and OSHA practices. + General knowledge of equipment operation within the food production industry + HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience + Ability to lift 50 pounds **What’s in it for me?** + Full-time hours + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Opportunity for growth If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
