Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for the coordination and execution of the Distribution Center's cycle count Provide consistent, transparent, in-the-moment coaching, and actional feedback to the team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Partners with management team to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety policies Ensures workflow and processes are to maximum efficiencies for the business necessity Lead, guide, and coach team to accomplish common goals Creates and presents weekly variance reports for audit compliance Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance. Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management. Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
