Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Health insurance Location Helena, MT Job Type Full-Time Role Summary The Senior Sales & Account Manager is a dynamic, responsible for driving revenue growth for Korpi Lawn and Landscape by aggressively pursuing new commercial/high-end residential clients and strategically managing and expanding relationships with a dedicated portfolio of high-value existing accounts. This role demands a consultative approach, senior-level negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close large-scale service and enhancement contracts. Key Responsibilities New Business Development (Hunter): Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value commercial and residential landscape maintenance and enhancement contracts, focusing on large HOAs, corporate campuses, or luxury estates. Account Management (Farmer): Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, managing renewals, and driving enhancement/upgrade sales to maximize contract value. Proposal Presentation: Develop and present compelling, professional sales proposals and contracts, working closely with the Estimating and Operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery models and pricing. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed aggressive annual sales and retention goals by identifying client needs and positioning Korpi Lawn and Landscape's comprehensive suite of landscape services. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in the companys CRM system. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful, senior-level sales and account management experience within the landscape or B2B service industry, consistently exceeding sales quotas. Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, seasonal needs, horticultural principles, and general landscape construction services. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to final contract negotiation, with strong presentation and closing techniques. Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Certifications (e.g., CLM, CLP) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
