This position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and will be the technical and strategic manager of the online business.

JOB DESCRIPTION: We seek a rock star e-commerce manager talent who is revenue and results-driven, data-minded, strategic and hands-on to join our team As the e-commerce manager, you will be pivotal in crafting and executing the strategy to help us achieve our financial goals. Youll have the autonomy to own the revenue results, merchandising, customer experience, and content execution for the online business. Collaborating with seasoned professionals, youll have ample opportunities for growth and development. We're seeking someone who thrives on diving deep into details, owning projects from conception to completion, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Job Responsibilities:

Drive the online business

Proactively analyze KPI scorecards, assess challenges, develop solutions, and execute those solutions

Manage all technical, content, merchandising, and strategic aspects of our online business

Manage the vendor and agency relationships that help drive the online business

Own the navigation, product ordering, internal search, product page optimization and other merchandising-driven usability UX testing efforts

Actively look for and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience, marketing, UX/UI, etc

Manage, SEO, data feeds, customer surveys and retargeting channels related to e-commerce efforts

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Define, execute, and measure A/B split tests to improve the performance of landing pages and other website content

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree. MBA Preferred.

6+ years in progressive e-commerce roles, expanded responsibilities, and team and vendor management.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with a strong ability to present a data-backed point of view and bring supporting insights to upper management.

Manage high-level decisions related to the impact of the e-commerce operations

An innate owner-minded, results-focused marketer who proactively synthesizes data, formulates plans/vision, generates budgets and manages ROAS goals.

Strong understanding of standard e-commerce tools to drive insights like Google Analytics (G4) and the challenges/opportunities associated with the switchover. Understands the impact of third-party cookie deprecation and can plan accordingly to meet change without a hiccup.impact

This is a new full-time role as an onsite, remote or hybrid for an Ecommerce Manager at Carrot-Top Industries, Inc. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store for two sites, Americanflags.com B2C and Carrot-top.com B2B , including managing inventory, merchandising, processing orders, improving user experience, and optimizing sales performance.
