  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 hour shift assigned ANYTIME between 10 AM and 8 PM (AZ)
  • Start Date: 12/2/2024 (Temp to perm based on performance and business needs)

work hours: 10 AM - 8 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Handle client and internal partner inquiries related to retirement accounts.
  • Manage client authentication and ensure risk is minimized.
  • Support clients across multiple applications, providing clear information and seamless service.
Qualifications
  • MUST be able to work ONSITE in Chandler, AZ 85224
  • MUST be able to work hours above as needed - NO ACCOMMODATIONS
  • 2 or more years of call center experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent - verified upon offer


Skills Call Center Support (2 years of experience is required) Basic Computer Skills Typing Skills Empathy Telephone Etiquette
