Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

• Outlet: The Wall Bar
• Starting Wage: $16.00 - $16.28 / hour + tips
  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips.
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time including weekends and holidays.
• Skill Level: Intermediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership's guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must obtain a California RBS Alcohol Certification and California Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire date.
• We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (6-8 hours), to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs.
• Can carry tray of plates or drinks at a time.
• Must complete opening and closing duties, and side work.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
