Manage project schedules, resources, and teams to maintain efficiency and quality. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure safety compliance. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment. Prepare project estimates and proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for timely procurement of materials. Requirements: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the painting or construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Proficient in project management software and tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
