Full Time - 7-330pm

Job Description

EVS is responsible for cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms and support areas, identifying and reporting needed repairs of the building and equipment.

Job Duties
  • Cleans and disinfects occupied and unoccupied patient rooms and support area
  • Participated in additional cleaning projects as required
  • Collects and disposes of trash
  • Follows Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures
Requirements
  • Must have ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Must be willing and able to perform routine repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods.
  • Must be able to push/pull/lift more than twenty (20) pounds.
Preferred Requirements
  • One year previous environmental service work preferred.
