Job Title: Engineering Technician II

Job Description

As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring calibration dates and scheduling calibration events in line with the company's metrology standards. You will handle asset purchases, rentals, calibration, service, and repair records in accordance with existing procedures. Additionally, you will schedule on-site, off-site, and OEM calibration, performance maintenance, and repairs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Holtsville, New York.

Seeking candidate for entry level Mechanical Engineering Technician.

Job function include but not limited to:

operating test equipment and documenting results in standard formats.

Assisting in design and prototyping of test equipment.

Assisting engineering teams with conducting testing and experiments.

Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, basic physics, and mathematics knowledge.

Plus: Knowledge of 3D printing or other additive manufacturing method, Previous Laboratory experience, Any experience with electronic test equipment (Multimeter Oscilloscopes etc.)
