  • Support multi-plant locations: Spend time in several different locations, some on the same campus and some just a short drive away. All plants work a one shift operation.
  • Keep sharp educationally: Stay current on job knowledge in the HR field

Who you are:
  • A seasoned HR pro with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional HR role.
  • PHR certification strongly preferably but passion and HR expertise reign supreme.
  • Very comfortable supporting manufacturing operations Bonus points for juggling multiple plants
  • Experienced in multiple HR disciplines.
  • A pro at leading recruiting efforts.
  • Experienced managing safety programs coupled with knowledge of safety best practices and OSHA regulations.
  • Communication ninja: You articulate clearly, both written and verbally, and connect with all levels of management.
  • Empathy in action: You listen intently, respond with urgency, and champion employee well-being.
  • Highly motivated and customer service-minded
