Safety Management Group is seeking an HSE Advisor in Exton, PA.
Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, insight, and recommendations for improvement from an HSE perspective
Help drive initiatives, take ownership, and set target dates with program enhancements
Provide management systems oversight to the HSE program/policy
Make formal recommendations for program improvements
Meeting with management and key stakeholders on a scheduled and/or as-needed basis
Demonstrate the ability to lead the HSE GMP program and progress on the driven initiatives
Develop and maintain HSE program development and HSE metrics
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of EHS experience
Previous GMP experience
EHS Program Development
Management System Oversight
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Effective presentation and communication skills
Physical Demands of the job may include:
Ascending/Descending stairs and ladders
Remaining in a stationary position for a prolonged period
Working in extreme weather
Being exposed to loud noises
Wearing personal protective gear correctly
