About the Role We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking Software Engineer with cloud production experience to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest level of operational excellence for our website and API services. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and scale a highly available infrastructure, providing our users with an uninterrupted experience. At Convai you will:

Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, focusing on high-quality, innovative feature development within our technology stack. Monitor and optimize system health and performance to ensure scalability and efficiency. Develop automation scripts for deployment and maintenance tasks. Lead incident response, diagnosis, and follow-up on system alerts. Prepare documentation and runbooks for operational procedures. We are looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud technologies and production environments. Proficiency in cloud computing, preferably GCP. Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or a similar language. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
