We are a Member Owner Clubhouse. Our mission is to providing exceptional service to our members and guests.. We are seeking a new Line Cook to join our team. Your role will be to prepare food in accordance with the Club recipes and the hightest of standards.. As a member of the Kitchen department, you will work with our professional kitchen staff and report to our Executive Chef. What You Will Do: Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment. Cook foods. Develops menus and daily specials. Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards. Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times. Maintains highest level of sanitary standards and adheres to local and state health and safety regulations. Covers, dates and stores all leftover products that are re-usable. Salary range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
