Responsibilities Master of Appointments: Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair. Guest Experience Guru: Make every service visit a unique and extraordinary experience for our guests. Your friendly and courteous greeting sets the tone Recall and Reminder Rockstar: Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options. Communication Connoisseur: Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard. Proactive Planner: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience. Cash Handling Champion: Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision. Feedback Aficionado: Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement. Qualifications Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
