Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join our team as the

Medical Director . This position offers the flexibility to work as an independent contractor or as an employed physician. Candidates of all experience levels, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply. We are committed to providing support and mentorship to help transition into the role of Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Medical Director of our Rehabilitation department, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Nurse Practitioners, to optimize patient outcomes and rehabilitation strategies.

Provide mentorship and supervision to medical staff, residents, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).

Active medical license in the state of Florida.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to learn and assume the responsibilities of a Medical Director.
