Anchor Talent has partnered with a North Dallas construction company that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work a 4-6 month project and manage their Vista Viewpoint ERP Implementation. Company is open to contract and 1099 for the right candidate. You will work directly with executive leadership and be onsite in the office for meetings and leading teams.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate strategically with various internal and external leaders to prioritize and execute programs.Conduct routine project meetings with stakeholders and business process owners, documenting and disseminating meeting minutes.Share and report weekly updates to the executive leadership, keeping them abreast of issues, successes and challengesGuide process owners in designing specific business reports and extracting them from the system, particularly financial statements, periodic income and cashflow statements, procurement reports, and inventory reports.Organize and lead end-user training sessions as required.Demonstrate a hands-on approach by partnering with stakeholders to create detailed project plans, break down programs into multiple tracks, manage different work streams, and oversee risk, budget, and resources.Assume responsibility for PM fundamentals, including detailed project plans, budgeting, scope management, resource and timeline oversight, status reporting, and risk and issue management, as well as deployment planning.Provide guidance to project and business process owners on ERP system configuration, assisting non-technical users in understanding the system.Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.Accumulate 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on overseeing large, high-profile software and application development projects centered on ERP and related applications.Preferred experience with Vista Viewpoint ERP; additional ERP implementation exposure is advantageous.Proven track record in managing cross-functional programs across the organization.Demonstrate experience in SDLC projects and proficiency in working within an Agile environment.Possess a strong passion for ensuring the success of ERP implementation.Compensation will be hourly ranging from $85-95/hr.#J-18808-Ljbffr
