Content Strategist (U.S. Seeds) to join our U.S. Marketing Communications Team in Johnston, Iowa

This position is responsible for planning and the over-arching content strategy for all Corteva seed brands.

What Youll Do:

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the day-to-day management of our editorial calendar and all marketing content planning and optimization to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience

Partner with Content Leader, MCMs, Social Leader, and agency partners to develop a content strategy for U.S. Seeds portfolios

Conduct content audits to identify gaps/opportunities and work with the content manager to fill in gaps/optimize existing content

Plan content capture opportunities to best showcase portfolio subject matter experts and influencers

Ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos

Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates

Develop content and retargeting journeys, in conjunction with MCMs and campaign managers

Develop test/learn/iterate content pilots regularly for content initiatives

Seek content partnerships with a portfolio that adds value

Work closely with Seeds Content Specialists, agency partners, and freelance writers to ensure content execution and process optimization
