The International Tax Analyst will join the Corporate Tax Department and play an important role within the Tax Team. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting the income tax compliance and tax provision for Modine’s international operations. In addition, the International Tax Analyst will assist with complex projects and strategic initiatives. You will report to the International Tax Manager and assist with a variety of international tax planning and compliance. The purpose of this position is to support the international tax aspects of Modine Manufacturing Company and Subsidiaries. This includes assisting with tax issues regarding organic and inorganic market expansions, foreign currency, transfer pricing, international audit issues, and repatriation strategy implementation. Key Responsibilities

Preparation of U.S. Income Tax Forms 5471 and 8858 Year end and interim quarter end tax provision support Transfer pricing Calculating current year earnings and profits (“E&P”), Subpart F, Global Intangible Low Taxed Income (“GILTI”), Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (“FDII”), Foreign tax credits, etc. all to be included in the U.S. Income Tax Form 1120 OECD Pillar II tax compliance support Other areas of responsibility include tax planning and repatriation strategy implementation, assisting with tax issues regarding market expansions via acquisition, tax implications on movements in foreign currency, assisting with international audit controversy

Required Education & Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; accounting or finance major preferred. CPA and a Masters in Taxation or Juris Doctorate (JD) is a plus. 1+ years of experience within public accounting or industry for an individual that demonstrates competency in technical tax research, tax accounting, and analytics Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite of products Experience utilizing tax preparation software such as SAP, Corptax or OneSource, is a plus Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrates strong social skills and the ability to work independently Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
