Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients, understanding and addressing their legal needs.
- Supervise associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with experts in the field, leveraging their insights for case development.
- Assist with fact development and depositions, ensuring comprehensive case preparation.
- Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda with precision.
- Contribute to the development of case strategy, offering valuable insights and perspectives.
- Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, preferably gained in an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Medical and/or scientific background, enhancing understanding of complex legal matters.

- Superior research, analytical, and writing skills are essential.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $400,000 to $550,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
