The person in this role is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the Operations leaders on best-in-class recruiting processes and initiatives. This role is instrumental in building a strong hourly workforce that supports our companys growth and operational excellence. This position will have a strong onsite presence at our Greensboro, North Carolina facility.

What you will do

  • Partner with Operations Leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies for the hourly workforce within the Greensboro factory.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensure assessment and selection processes are consistent, fair, and equitable.
  • Source talented and diverse candidates through a variety of recruitment methods and tools including LinkedIn, online job boards, social media sites, college career centers, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Partner with Vontier & GVR Talent Acquisition team to leverage recruitment tools and best practices.
  • Establish and train supervisors on best-in-class interview training.
  • Drive 30, 60, 90 probationary review process with supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related regulations, pay transparency and established policies and procedures.
  • Implement workforce management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels across various shifts and departments.
  • Analyze workforce trends and collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to forecast staffing needs.
