We are seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team Main Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients with a warm and caring attitude. - Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries. - Verify insurance coverage and maintain records. - Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow. - Schedule new patient evaluations Qualifications: - High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred). - Previous administrative or customer service experience, healthcare background a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficient with computers and electronic health records. - Compassionate and patient-focused.
