About the Product Manager Role... End-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept to evaluation. This entails identifying customer needs and larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulating what success looks like, and rallying a team to turn that vision into a reality. What You'll Do... Product Management & Strategy End-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept to evaluation Actively drive market decisions, competitive positioning, and long-term product vision Own business accountability including ROI, market fit, and customer success metrics Take full ownership of strategic direction and drive execution across teams Development and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business and product priorities To be an advocate for the customer, keeping their interests in mind at all times Customer Research & Validation Validate key design and feature assumptions with our hotelier customers and connectivity partners to ensure what we build will be desirable Perform business analysis with subject matter experts and customers Identification of new opportunities, product enhancements and extensions Product Definition & Requirements Define the feature set that will be delivered, validate with engineering that these features are feasible Validate that features will prove viability and product-market fit to justify product build and delivery work Create and maintain Market Requirements Documents (MRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and Product Business Cases Develop detailed User and Buyer Personas to guide product development Identification, specification and prioritisation of features, functionality and capabilities Development of documentation to support the approval, design, development and launch of the product Cross-Functional Leadership Lead external stakeholder management and develop go-to-market strategies To manage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Joint facilitation, development and implementation of high impact and differentiated product positioning and messaging Joint development and implementation of the launch strategy Go-to-Market & Commercial Outcomes Lead go-to-market strategy and execution including launch planning, pricing strategy, and distribution channels Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies to achieve growth targets Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and demand generation campaigns Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including activation rates, feature adoption, and revenue impact Build business cases with clear ROI projections and track actual performance against forecasts Training & Enablement Work with key customer touch points across the business to provide knowledge and context regarding the product and capabilities Enable internal teams to acquire and support our customers with confidence Joint development of internal training and support materials Evangelizing the product at industry events, seminars and customer briefings Market Intelligence To be an expert in the product and keep up to date with technical and market advances Joint monitoring of the marketplace, customers and competitors Joint definition and implementation of strategies to counter competitors Compliance & Security Follow SiteMinder's best practice procedures, specifically in regards to escalating any security concerns or breach of security Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures, and practices introduced by SiteMinder Core Capabilities Strategic Thinking - Ability to lead to answers across complex problem areas Communication - Clear written and verbal communication to multiple audiences Collaboration - Facilitation of and participation in cross-functional teams to drive to outcomes Tools & Processes - Experience with roadmapping tools, design sprints, agile delivery methodology Details and Quality - Strong attention to detail, focus on quality and timely execution Customer Empathy and Focus - Use of qualitative and quantitative methods to better understand customer and ensure product/market fit Risk and Security - Understanding of PCI, 2FA, GDPR requirements Commercials and Metrics - Drives customer behaviour and business metrics analysis for their product and has accountability for achieving commercial goals for their product (supported by a more senior Product team member) Go-to-Market Excellence - Experience in product launches, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and driving adoption across customer segments Data-Driven Decision Making - Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data insights to drive product strategy and measure success Stakeholder Management - Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and engineering teams What You Have... 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in hospitality or travel technology Proven track record of delivering products that achieve commercial success and customer adoption Experience with the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and metrics-driven decision making Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executives and influence without authority Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Our perks and benefits include equity packages, a hybrid working model, mental health and well-being initiatives, generous parental leave policy, paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year, sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations, employee resource groups, and investment in personal growth through training.
