Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for new product development, product line growth and the day-to-day management of initiatives within the product line. The Product Manager is directly responsible for the financial performance of the product line. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Define and articulate product vision and strategy. Create, maintain and communicate product roadmaps. Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Manage product line and individual product P&L. Establish, monitor and report on product performance to the organization. Create and present business cases for new products, initiatives, and features. Serve as the voice of the merchant to ensure the development of market driven products. Define and articulate product and business requirements. Partner with product owners to create user stories. Create, manage and support projects for new product development and product improvements/enhancements. Develop and implement go-to-market plans in coordination with product marketing from product positioning and pricing to support and distribution. SME for internal and external product communication. Commercialization of new products, enhancements and features. Conduct competitive research to determine new market opportunities and positioning strategies. Develop and recommend build, buy or partner strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in business, information technology or related area. Knowledge and experience in the card brand /payment processing industry preferred. 3-5 years of experience in product management. Experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI, data analysis AI) to inform product strategy, accelerate market research, or streamline requirements documentation is a strong plus. Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile development environments. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc. Ability to contribute effectively within a fast paced, fluid environment. Strong organizational, project management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Able to effectively manage multiple moderate-sized projects and priorities at the same time. Willingness to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals. Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
