Job Description: Family Office Coach

A Family Office Coach walks alongside clients on their journey to achieve Protection, Peace, and Purpose by guiding them through the implementation of their own Family Office Operating System via Ark's education and coaching Academy. This role involves a deep, compassionate understanding of each client's unique situation, meeting them where they are, and empowering them with the strategies and leadership skills essential to mastering the core competencies of the Ark Family Office Operating System

A Family Office is more successful at driving toward a family's goals and objectives because it can successfully coordinate across multiple disciplines, including finance, tax, legal, insurance, and good old-fashioned organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the Ark Academy content and resources to effectively coach clients towards positive life change.
  • Conduct monthly 1:1 sessions and pod calls with clients to provide guidance and support.
  • Conduct discovery calls to gather essential client information.
  • Build and deliver personalized Roadmaps for clients.
  • Utilize Academy education and communication modes to influence desired outcomes effectively.
  • Create and present business valuations, tax planning spreadsheets, and tax strategies.
  • Attend conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accountability through the use of trackers with each client.
A Successful Candidate Will:
  • Possess subject matter mastery and intimate command of the Family Office Operating System methodology.
  • Demonstrate exceptional coaching skills, adjusting style to deliver value in various client environments.
  • Be outcome-oriented, focused on achieving client goals.
  • Possess excellent professional skills, including organization, time management, communication, and facilitation.
  • Embody company values and actively participate in bringing our vision to fruition.
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in Austin and be able to work in the office daily.
  • Proven experience in finance is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
Compensation:
  • Starting compensation ranges from $70,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
A Day in the Life of a Family Office Coach

9:00 AM - Start the Day with Intentionality
  • Begin the day with a moment of reflection to set a positive tone.
  • Check emails and voicemails for any urgent client matters or updates from the Academy.
  • Review the day's schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring a balanced approach to client sessions, content development, and team collaboration.
10:00 AM - Client Sessions
  • Conduct a one-on-one session with a client, walking beside them as they navigate their Family Office Operating System.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support, focusing on their unique goals and needs.
  • Offer strategic advice and foster open communication to help clients achieve Protection, Peace, and Purpose.
12:30 PM - Lunch Break
  • Take a break to recharge, enjoying a healthy meal provided by Ark and a brief walk outside.
1:30 PM - Client Sessions
  • Conduct a one-on-one session with a client, walking beside them as they navigate their Family Office Operating System.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support, focusing on their unique goals and needs.
  • Offer strategic advice and foster open communication to help clients achieve Protection, Peace, and Purpose.
4:30 PM - Content Mastery and Development
  • Review Academy content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful in your engagement.
  • Participate in a brainstorming session with fellow coaches to create new resources and tools that will benefit clients.
5:30 PM - Wrap-Up and Reflection
  • Review the day's accomplishments and prepare a to-do list for the following day.
  • Send out any necessary end-of-day emails or updates to clients and team members.
  • Reflect on the day, noting any areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
6:00 PM - End of Day
  • Leave the office with a sense of fulfillment, knowing you've made a positive impact on your clients' lives.
  • Look forward to another day of guiding and empowering clients on their journey to financial well-being.
