Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) Our well-known manufacturing client seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit group, this is an excellent opportunity to join a locally-owned organization as it continues to expand operations after 40+ years. This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon. Analysis of budget vs actual with explanation of variances. Pricing Calculations. Revenue analysis. Operating expense analysis. SG&A analysis. Financial Modeling to support decision making. Analysis of customer and product performance. Monitor and report on sales KPIs. Aggregate and analysis of large data sets to support changes in business trends. Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) Qualifications Must have worked in finance for a manufacturer that produces a large volume of products. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience. Strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, operating, selling general and administrative expenses (SG&A), and P&L. Proficient in ERP systems reporting software (Power BI or similar). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, graphs). Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Salary: $90k-$124k + Profit Share Bonus (DOE)
