In this role you will work across our client engagements, providing expertise in data pipeline development and ETL process. You will be primarily responsible for extracting data from disparate relational databases and loading the extracted data to a graph database in a cloud environment. You will also contribute to data modeling and technical and data process documentation.What you will do:Collaborate with data engineers and data quality analysts to build data pipelines from various relational databases to a Graph database such as Neo4jDesign ETL processes and prepare technical documentation and/pr PowerPoint slides to share designs with the larger teamIdentify and leverage ETL tools and services available on Microsoft Azure or AWSContribute other data activities such as data modeling and data cleaningInteract with the larger team to gather requirements and develop ETL plans and processesRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical relevant technical discipline5+ years of recent professional experience in data pipeline development and ETL processes3+ years of programming experience in SQL2+ years of programming experience in Graph query languages such as Cypher or GremlinBroad experience in various ETL tools or services on Microsoft Azure or AWSPrior experience working with Oracle DB and SQL ServerPrior experience working with at least one Graph database such as Neo4j or CosmosDBWorking knowledge of Python programming languageExcellent ability to communicate concisely and effectively with other engineers and clientsAbility to obtain a Public Trust security clearancePreferred Skills:Prior experience working with Healthcare data, or in the Healthcare fieldWorking knowledge of Java programming languageCommunication is the key to success at Amida.
