Insight Global is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Accounts Payable Administrator to support a leading construction company in Austin, TX (near Highway 71 and Mopac). This is a 3-month temporary role with the potential for extension or permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be punctual, organized, and comfortable in a casual yet professional environment. Youll manage front desk responsibilities while assisting with AP data entry and administrative tasks. If youre ready to start ASAP and thrive in a dynamic setting, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both administrative and accounting functions. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Reliable transportation for occasional errands.
