($50-$60) hourly About the Role: We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst Senior with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate, and will be responsible for various aspects such as origination, underwriting, securitization, servicing, asset management, production and sales, and pricing. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools and SharePoint. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals Deal with stakeholders with conflicting requirements Utilize

JIRA ,

Confluence , and o ther Agile work management tools Support compliance with change standards and program management governance practices Work with relational database management systems
