Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current service customers.
    • Act as a liaison between service and sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide personalized attention to customer needs and preferences.
  2. Sales Conversion:
    • Identify potential sales opportunities among service customers.
    • Proactively engage with service customers to discuss vehicle upgrades, trade-ins, and new models.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert service customers into sales customers.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on Volkswagen products, features, and promotions.
    • Effectively communicate product information to service customers to stimulate interest in new vehicles.
  4. Customer Education:
    • Educate service customers on the benefits of upgrading to a new Volkswagen model.
    • Provide information on financing options, trade-in values, and incentives to facilitate the decision-making process.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with service advisors and sales team members to ensure a seamless transition for customers from service to sales.
    • Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to implement targeted campaigns for service-to-sales conversion.
  6. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Prioritize customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Strive to exceed customer expectations in both service and sales interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of Volkswagen products and services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
