Regardless of your experience in this realm, we believe we can coach you towards becoming a credit expert Job responsibilities may encompass: Communicate regularly with all clients. Proactively reach out to borrowers for status updates, responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone. Prepare and recommend debt management strategies to meet individuals’ financial goals. Assess credit reports with clients not currently eligible for financing. Remain attentive to changing credit and underwriting guidelines, ensuring credit improvement goals remain appropriate. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on lender guidelines, as well as the credit rebuilding and repairing processes. Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed. Must be NMLS licensed or become licensed upon employment.
