**Responsibilities**
+ Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
+ Advocate for patient safety and quality care.
+ Manage patient flow, bed assignments, and staffing levels.
+ Collaborate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and hospital leadership.
+ Identify and resolve issues related to patient care, staffing, and operations.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN)
+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Arkansas
+ Active Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
+ Four years clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting or three years demonstrated leadership as a charge nurse.

**Pay Range**
$35.12 - $50.92 /hour
