Job Description:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data to maintain up-to-date and organized records for the company. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills and be capable of working independently while ensuring data integrity.

Pay Range:

$900- $1150 per week

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and update information into company databases and systems
  • Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered and make corrections as needed
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy data retrieval
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and address any inconsistencies
  • Prepare and generate reports based on collected data as required
  • Follow data program techniques and procedures for consistent data entry standards
  • Assist in other administrative tasks, such as scanning documents and managing records
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related role is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
