Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this position is responsible for providing and coordinating pharmaceutical care services and collaborative drug therapy management for patients. Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy-Acceptable for employees hired prior to the revision date of this Job Description (10/01/12). California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire. California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
