About This Office

Looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant required
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience
  • Dental assisting school certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
  • Must be timely with a strong sense of urgency, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and is resilient throughout the work day
  • Strong ability to take charge and provide leadership to our Dental Assistant's in office
  • Must be able to be on time, reliable, and in office by 7:15 every day
  • Self-motivated, and the ability to take a initiative
  • If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
  • If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
Preferred Experience
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience
  • Dental assisting school certification
