Senior Wealth Managers will benefit from in-house, comprehensive, and a differentiated approach to wealth advisory services, including our legacy and estate planning, tax advisory, bespoke alternative investments, and proprietary equity and fixed income strategies. Essential Functions: Provides high-touch service and individualized, comprehensive investment and wealth solutions to clients Manage client relationships by anticipating client needs, resolving inquiries, and maintaining allocations in alignment with client objectives Work with internal stakeholders and other investment professionals to meet client’s financial goals, offering the full suite of the Firm’s services Direct the deployment of investments for new client allocations and portfolio rebalances Prepare and conduct client portfolio review meetings Proactively seek opportunities to increase client wallet share Maintain and track prospect and client engagement in firm relationship management system Partner with Sr. Wealth Advisors to deliver presentations to prospects Assist team with business development opportunities by positioning Firm capabilities and services to convert prospects to clients Build referral network and network with referral sources Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Firm’s products and ensure adherence to allocation policies Travel as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of experience in a high growth and dynamic sales environment Series 66 license required Track record of excellence in obtaining, serving, and retaining clients Substantial experience in wealth management allocation strategies, including alternative investments, across all industries and sectors Client-driven perspective guided by a passion for the job, people, and finance Keen eye and experience with financial planning and achieving client goals through risk-rated proprietary strategies Independent learner with the ability to take initial direction and seek continual improvement Embrace high moral and ethical standards Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive results Excellent written and verbal communications Proven success in achieving progressively higher sales related goals Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team to achieve shared goals Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/Addepar UBER Search Partners and all our clients are an equal opportunity employer.
