About the role As an E?Commerce Processing Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders. This position is essential to maintaining smooth operations across departments by managing order data, verifying inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Youll be part of a fast?paced environment where attention to detail and proactive communication are critical to success. What youll do Accurately process e?commerce orders following established workflows and timelines. Ensure all order information is complete, clear, and up?to?date to support efficient fulfillment. Purchase goods from third?party suppliers when needed to complete orders. Physically verify inventory levels to confirm product availability and order accuracy. Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Service to support proactive communication and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with production, fulfillment, and shipping teams to ensure rush orders are completed on time. Update ERP and e?commerce platforms with current order and inventory data. Monitor order timelines and alert Customer Service of any delays to ensure clients are informed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred. 13 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or e?commerce operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order handling. Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with inventory control or warehouse operations is a plus. Problem?solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing fulfillment issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
