Automotive Cashier

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is seeking professional, top-notch and driven Cashier to join our team. Cashier would provide customers assistance within our Lexus dealership. Must have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and a smiling face. Willing to train in this entry level position. This full time position will work 30-40 hours per week (4 weekdays working 2 p.m - 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8a.m - 5pm. Sundays &One weekday off) Starting pay is $16 per hour with room for growth.

• Greets customers in a professional manner
• Assists the accounting office with various clerical duties as needed
• Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Records totals of counter tickets and repair orders, verifies against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication

• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
