Since 1984, Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute & Research Institute (FCS) has built a national reputation for excellence. With over 250 physicians, 220 nurse practitioners and physician assistants and nearly 100 locations in our network. Utilizing innovative clinical research, cutting-edge technologies, and advanced treatments, we are committed to providing world-class cancer care. We are recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) with a national Clinical Trials Participation Award, FCS offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida. Our patients have access to ground-breaking therapies, in a community setting, and may participate in national clinical research studies of drugs and treatment protocols. In the past five years, the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

RESPONSIBILITIESThe Business Applications Analyst assists in the maintenance and implementation of enterprise applications, systems and databases to ensure optimum performance for all Business Management Systems and EMR components related to it.Will work with the business unit in utilizing the software, importing data, ensuring system uptime, new releases and system enhancements.Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.Must demonstrate the eagerness and ability to learn and must work well in a team environment.QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.Previous Experience :
One (1) year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of higher education and experience.Minimum of one (1) year of report writing or business intelligence experience.Healthcare experience preferred.Experience in a report production environment with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is essential.Core Capabilities :
Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines. Ability to validate, standardize and cleanse data when needed.Troubleshoot problems and suggest alternatives, looking beyond the obvious to find answers.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior level staff to determine business goals, objectives and ways to meet those objectives.Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and respectful manner to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions.Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters.Certifications/Licenses :
Must have and maintain a valid Florida driver's license and vehicle to attend meetings and travel to satellite offices.Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.Travel:
