Job Details Job Location: Highland - Highland, KS Position Type: Seasonal Salary Range: $10.00 Hourly Description This position will help in HCC Campus Housing for the summer to prepare dorms for the next school year. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Duties could include: Maintain the apartment interior by: a. Dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, and fixtures; b. Washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; c. Scrubbing, waxing, and buffing floors; d. Cleaning and vacuuming carpeting, furniture and drapes; e. Following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; f. Reporting needed repairs to the Director of Facilities. g. Maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. h. Transporting materials to disposal area i. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience in custodial, maintenance, or cleaning preferred but not required. Must be a self-starter.
