Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Presentation - Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, highlighting key findings and insights. Create ad-hoc financial reports and presentations as requested by leadership, department, or entity heads. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial information to stakeholders
  • Financial Analysis - Analyze actual and forecast variance details to understand drivers', key insights, and areas for improvement. Evaluate business performance against key metrics and benchmarks, providing actionable recommendations to management and divisions' finance teams.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads to gather relevant information. Monitor budget variances and analyze underlying causes, providing explanations and recommendations as needed.Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and tools
  • Implement best practices in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to independently address new analytical requests: understand the main question being asked, gather needed data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, and summarize and present executive-level summarized results in a compelling manner.
  • Cover miscellaneous tasks related to existing and newly assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent years related experience, relevant to the assigned business areas.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of finance or accounting
  • Ability to analyze business, operational, and system problems and design solution alternatives.
  • Able to multi-task, balance, and prioritize numerous different priorities and fluctuating deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and accommodate customer/end-user sense of urgency and make independent decisions.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
