As a Technical sales manager (TSM), you support the Account Manager (AM) to create deeper partnership with named Service Provider Partner(s) and F-Secure. You bring added value to the standard solution by understanding customer-specific needs and technical environment, and ensure success by applying predefined processes and best practices. As a TSM, you act as a local resource, near the partner, speak the local language and act as a clear contact point and feedback route for Operator Partner(s).

**Key Responsibilities**

* Present technical aspects of offered solutions to Partners, consult in initial feasibility negotiations and assist Sales (and Solution Consulting) in pre-sales and RFX/customer offer process.

* Plan, schedule, manage and document solution implementation and upgrade projects.

* Responding to technical queries from customers and acting as first point of contact for own accounts in technical matters

* Service review process execution, including service review meetings, service quality reporting and service improvement plan. Collecting and sharing Partner feedback.

* Documentation and assessment of Partners provisioning and other service processes. Support Partner to implement best practices.

* Communicate proactively to partner about roadmaps, new versions, hot fixes and service related topics. Act as a contact point for the Partner feedback according to defined process.

* Provide technical training for Partners customer care organizations. Maintain list of biggest support issues.

* Leveraging technology to increase customer benefits from our services

* Continuous service improvement to improve customer loyalty

* Operator Sales functional competencies

* Technical competencies regarding F-Secure products and operator technical environment

* Basic project management skills
