The leading heavy civil contractor in the Spokane area are looking to add a Project Manager/Estimator to their team to focus on Private Works and Subdivision Development projects This group is well-known throughout Spokane for safety, quality of work, and culture

Project Manager/Estimator Requirements

  • Construction degree preferred
  • 10 years in heavy civil construction
  • 5 years as a lead Project Manager/Estimator required
  • Ability to estimate with HCSS required
  • Project experience within private works, subdivision development, and earthwork/underground utilities required
  • Ability to work closely with Owners/Architects required
